In order to do a good job in the textbook subscription for the second semester of the 2019-2020 school year, and to ensure that the textbooks for teachers and students are in place in the next semester, the related matters regarding the textbook subscription are notified as follows:
I. Selection principles:
The teaching materials were selected in strict accordance with the "Methods for Selecting Teaching Materials for the College of Arts and Media of Anhui University (Interim)" (Yuan Zheng  No. 35).
2. Subscription time: November 26th-December 25th, 2019
3. Subscription procedures and requirements:
1. The Academic Affairs Office provides a review and approval form for the selection of teaching materials (see attachment), and each department and department fills out the report carefully according to the requirements of the form.
2. According to the teaching materials submitted by each department and department, the Teaching Affairs Office selects the materials for subscription, review, approval, and characterization.
3. Please ask each department and department to carefully approve the information of the teaching materials and be responsible for the accuracy of the reporting. Once selected, the textbooks will not be revised or changed in principle.
4. After the paper version of the approval form has been reviewed and signed by the department heads and department heads (and stamped with the official seal of the department heads), it should be reported to Teacher Xue Feng of the Academic Affairs Office before 4 pm on December 25, 2019.
