Notice on Doing a Good Job Arrangement for the Second Semester of the 2019-2020 School Year

In order to properly complete the teaching work arrangements for the second semester of the 2019-2020 school year, the relevant matters are notified as follows:

I. Identifying Teaching Tasks

Under the leadership of the director in charge of teaching work, each department is requested to organize a person to carefully formulate the "Task Schedule for the Second Semester of the 2019-2020 School Year of the School of Arts and Media of Anhui University" in accordance with the training plan of each professional (Annex 1, hereinafter referred to as "Semester Teaching Task Form ") and submit it to Teacher Li Qing of the Academic Affairs Office by December 23, 2019 (Mon.). Specific requirements are as follows:

1. The second semester of the 2019-2020 school year starts from February 17, 2020 and ends on July 10, 2020, for a total of 21 weeks. The actual number of teaching weeks is 17 weeks (from February 24, 2020 to June 21, 2020, that is, week 2-week 18). For details, please refer to "School Calendar for the 2019-2020 School Year of the School of Art and Media of Anhui University" (Annex 2). Teachers from all departments and courses are required to formulate course teaching plans and arrange teaching tasks according to this schedule.

2. Each department should formulate teaching work arrangements for the second semester of the 2019-2020 school year in accordance with the professional talent training plan and the curriculum change arrangements that have occurred. Do not rearrange or omit them. If a public teaching course is involved in a teaching plan, the Ministry of Public Education must be negotiated in advance, and the Ministry of Public Education must sign for confirmation before submitting the "Term Teaching Task Form".

3. In order to maintain the seriousness of the talent training program, strictly control the arbitrary increase and decrease of courses and hours without performing procedures. If adjustment is really needed, the written teaching application form of Anhui University College of Arts and Media (Annex 3) must be filled in by the teaching and research department where the major is located, and a written application should be submitted. The first four undergraduate professional talent training programs of Anhui Academy of Arts have been fully entered into the educational administration system, and generally cannot be changed during the implementation period.

Selection and submission of teaching materials

All departments and the Ministry of Public Education are invited to organize teachers to select teaching materials according to the determined teaching tasks. For specific requirements, please refer to the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Subscription of Teaching Materials for the Second Semester of the 2019-2020 School Year" (Teaching Word 2019 [29]).

Third, the selection of teachers

The selection and employment of the teachers is the responsibility of each department and the Ministry of Public Education.

All departments and departments should actively integrate professional teacher resources in the college, and absorb outstanding talents from brother colleges and industries as teaching work according to teaching needs. For external teachers who are going to be hired for the first time and do not have a series of professional titles for college teachers, the related departments shall organize trial lectures and give conclusions on whether to hire them; and please invite those who will be hired for the first time before December 23, 2019 (Monday) Certificates of qualifications of external teachers, together with the "Schedule of Teaching in the Semester" and "List of Employment of External Teachers in the Second Semester of the 2019-2020 School Year" (Annex 4) (including electronic and paper versions) are reported to the Teacher Li Qing .

For teachers who have problems with teaching attitude and effectiveness in teaching this semester, it is recommended that departments and public teaching departments no longer be employed.

Fourth, the schedule

The Academic Office will arrange the timetable before the end of the semester.

If any department or public teaching department needs to compile their own schedules, please submit them in writing to Teacher Li Qing's office for record before December 25, 2019 (Wednesday).

Five, other work

Students who have graduated from the 2018 majors and the 2016 undergraduate majors are about to graduate. Please make arrangements in accordance with the talent training plan to make professional internship and graduation design (thesis) related work arrangements.
